Todd S. Street, P.E. Mr. Street is a registered professional engineer with over twenty years of experience in water resources engineering. He has experience with dam design and dam rehabilitation, reservoir siting, floodplain evaluations, stream restoration, hydraulic structure design, embankment stability analyses, and hydrologic studies. He has completed numerous dam outlet works rehabilitation designs and is experienced with large geomembrane liner projects. He has been Engineer of Record for numerous dam rehabilitation projects within Colorado and is very familiar with the DWR Dam Safety design review, approval, and construction process. He also has extensive experience working with irrigators to develop canal infrastructure designs including diversion structures, augmentation stations, flumes and headgates. Mr. Street has managed several floodplain evaluations including no-rise certifications and Conditional Letters of Map Revision. He has also completed multiple stream restoration and channel stabilization designs including projects on East Plum Creek, Boulder Creek, South Platte River, Blue River, Eagle River, and the East River.
